The Process

Fill out the client questionnaire.
I will reach out to schedule your discovery call where we will make sure we click. During this call we can determine exactly which services you need :) 


This is where the magic happens; the build out phase! Depending upon the package you have chosen I will work diligently building out your brand package and/or website. We will continue to work collaboratively throughout this process and will connect for progress check-ins and revisions.

Once the contract is signed and you have paid your 25% down payment, we will jump in on a strategy call. During this call we will discuss more about what you are looking for and come up with a plan for moving forward together in this process.


Step TWO:

Let’s get your site launched! After all phases are complete and the final design is approved I will launch your site and offer 2 weeks of tech support after your launch. You will leave this experience with a beautiful website, 2 weeks of support, training videos that are specific to your website, and an awesome new web design bestie!

Do you have payment plans?

Totally! This is an investment in yourself and your company and I understand that a payment plan can alleviate potential stressors. If this is something that interests you, let’s chat about it!

What platform do you design on?

I design on ShowIt. ShowIt offers the ability to design both desktop-friendly and mobile-friendly websites and is creatively driven and flexible which I LOVE! 

Do I need to provide all copy and photography?

Yes! You will need to have all website copy and any photography done before we jump into your project. If you need help with this I have some incredible copywriters I can recommend :) 

Are deposits refundable?

No, deposits are non-refundable. A deposit ensures that I have you booked on my calendar for the duration of your project’s timeline. By paying the deposit you are telling me that you are ready to jump in and get started!   

Are there any costs beyond your service I should plan for?

Yes. You will need to purchase a domain as well as a hosting package on ShowIt. A domain typically runs between $10-$20 per year. ShowIt hosting packages vary based on what you need. These can range from $19/month - $34/month. There is a discounted option as well for yearly packages and you will receive training videos for your ShowIt site so you can make updates as needed.    

What will my role be in the process?

This is a collaborative project that we will both be working on together. You will be responsible for making sure to get all your pre-project materials together (i.e. copy for your website, photography, any premade branding work, etc.). We will also be in contact regularly throughout the process. Making sure to have open lines of communication is important to guarantee the design process runs as smoothly as possible.
